Pork Chops Pineapple Satay

Prep time: 12 minutes; Cook Time: 6 hrs., Serves: 4

Ingredients:

2 lbs. pork chops

1/3 cup sugar

¼ cup ketchup

15 oz. pineapple, cubed

3 tbsp apple cider vinegar

5 tbsp soy sauce

2 tsp garlic, minced

3 tbsp flour

Instructions:

Whisk ketchup with sugar, soy sauce, vinegar, and tapioca in a large bowl.

Add pork chops to the ketchup mixture and mix well to coat.

Transfer the pork along with ketchup marinade to the insert of Slow Cooker.

Add garlic and pineapple to the chops.

Put the cooker’s lid on and set the cooking time to 6 hours on Low settings.

Serve warm.
